Massive increases have hit pet care, especially veterinary. Greedy groups saw how much we love our pets. They buy up local clinics and raise prices to profit off our dedication. They don’t care if we get hurt.

PE money-grubbers decided to steal more by maximizing the money we spend on our loved ones. They don’t care and just stuff our cash in their pockets. Private Equity buyout sucks. PE is PU!

Spend your money at a local vet clinic because they know our pets deserve the best care

Our pets deserve the best and there are vets who haven’t sold out. We can fight the PE stink. Spread the word and point people to businesses owned by local professionals to help them stay in business. But how else can we help?

Require proof our fav vet is still locally owned, intentionally choose vet clinics owned and operated by local doctors, spend most of our money there, and avoid PE-owned biz. We can save our pets.

Our pets deserve the best care

PE grubbers just want your wallet and they’re not even good at caring for animals. They don’t care if our best friends die in the struggle. Get mad at them and drag these creeps out of the shadows.

I’m angry that money-grubbing investors seized pet care only to make lots of money for themselves. This industry behaves dishonestly by piggybacking on reputations built by locals, in secret. It hides what it is and takes advantage of people who would do anything for their pets!

It almost happened to me

Private Equity tried to buy my reputation but our pets deserve the best care and honesty. They didn’t want my business model but I could tell no one.

I declined several offers from PU PE for my first business when I needed to change. Red Rover Pet Services LLC in Nashville TN is still going strong just smaller. I chose to reinvent the business.

Ultimately I refused to sell while keeping my customers in the dark. I wanted the loyal people who kept my family in business to know what was happening. They earned the right to decide for themselves if they trusted the new owners.

I personally believe NO living creature should be cared for by a company that wants to maximize profit not quality of care. Sadly any PE profit benefits only the private equity investors and their pets suffer too, in the end. It’s out of control, y’all 🤬

It would be horrible to live in a world where money is more important than lives. My preferred care is local and professional. Our pets deserve the best care that places the emphasis on them, not on huge profit. So I choose to fight back by spreading the word.

Sniff out the PE sneaks with PrivateVetEquity.org

PrivateEquityVet.org was set up by a dedicated dachshund dad after his family experienced this priority shift. Their beloved pup was injured accidentally so they rushed to their local vet.

They looked closer when the care was not enough to save their friend and the bill rose to $13,000. Sneaky PE offered a refund but required an NDA because these creeps lurk in the shadows y’all.

Bless them 🙏🏼 for refusing to sign so they could tell the rest of us! They did it to honor their dog.

Profit isn’t the bad guy

Profit is necessary for business success. Greedy investors engaging in these evil practices are the bad guy.

The market controls profit unless it’s life or death for those we cherish. It is especially important that profit be reasonable when it’s made off the care of living beings.

Protecting the lives of those we love is more than a moral issue. It’s something we will fight for against the evil that threatens. Getting PU PE out of our best friend’s care is a fight we need to take.
